The project's notable features include:

• The development of up to 70 sustainably designed homes, featuring various sizes and types, including 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, as well as 2, 3, and 4-bedroom houses, each with appropriately sized gardens and dedicated parking.

• The integration of new community green spaces, pedestrian pathways, and a Community Orchard to promote a healthy and engaged community.

• The creation of public open spaces to encourage social interaction and community cohesion.

• Strategic landscaping, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDs), and essential infrastructure elements to ensure sustainability and functionality.

• A commitment to providing 30% of housing units as affordable housing to enhance inclusivity and accessibility.

As a land developer, we are not just focused on building homes; we're dedicated to enriching the community and making Weston-super-Mare a better place for people to live and work.

In our efforts to support the community and the success of this development, we will contribute:

• £210,000 in employment contributions to assist individuals in finding their place in the local job market.

• £50,000 for bus shelter upgrades to improve public transportation infrastructure.

• A dedicated £60,000 for bus service enhancements, ensuring convenient and efficient public transit.

• £50,000 allocated for pedestrian safety improvements along Kewstoke Road, including a signal-controlled crossing for secure and accessible routes.

• A £3,600 contribution towards a traffic regulation order, facilitating speed limit reductions to enhance pedestrian safety along school routes.

Additionally, we will invest £120 per dwelling in sustainable travel voucher incentives to promote eco-friendly transportation choices.
